The programme provide support to parents to learn on improving household income & expenses, equip themselves with a better skillset and a positive mindset to meet the basic necessities of life. Part of the programmes extend support to their children to cope with learning in a conductive, structured and enjoyable environment

Eligibility criteria

• Household monthly gross per capita income (before CPF contribution) no exceeding $2,000
• Minimum of 1 child in the household
